Cayman Art Week 2026 Returns With More Than 50 Events Across the Cayman Islands

Cayman Art Week 2026 officially returns from May 26-31 , bringing together artists, galleries, studios and cultural spaces across the Cayman Islands for six days of exhibitions, tours, workshops and special events.

Now in its sixth year, the annual initiative continues to spotlight Cayman’s growing visual arts community through a packed programme spanning Grand Cayman, Cayman Brac and Little Cayman. This year’s edition features more than 50 events hosted across over 50 participating venues.

Visitors can expect gallery exhibitions, artist talks, open studios, live demonstrations, workshops and pop-up installations throughout the week. A series of guided bus and walking tours will also take audiences through creative districts including Camana Bay, George Town, Savannah, Bodden Town, East End and Cayman Brac.

The official launch event takes place on May 27 in partnership with the National Gallery of the Cayman Islands. Featured exhibitions include Conversations in the 7th Dimension, celebrating the work of Randy Chollette, and Next Wave: Emerging Voices in Cayman Art, highlighting artists aged 16–20.

Founded in 2021, Cayman Art Week was created to support artists and strengthen connections between the public and the local arts community. Since then, the event has grown into one of the Cayman Islands’ largest annual celebrations of visual art.

All Cayman Art Week events are free and open to the public.
