Grant Opportunities Closing Soon for Caribbean Creatives

As the year draws to a close, several grant opportunities remain open for Caribbean and international creatives, offering critical financial support across different stages of artistic practice. From emergency relief to unrestricted project funding, these programmes respond to both immediate needs and long term creative development. Creatives are encouraged to review the details carefully and apply ahead of the upcoming deadlines.



Creative Resilience Fund Grant

Deadline: December 31, 2025

Location: Jamaica


The Creative Resilience Fund Grant is designed to support Jamaican creatives who were negatively affected by Hurricane Melissa. The fund offers direct cash assistance to help artists stabilise and recover following hurricane-related disruptions.


Eligibility is limited to Jamaican creatives residing in Trelawny, St James, Hanover, Westmoreland, or St Elizabeth. The grant recognises the vulnerability of cultural workers during environmental crises and provides timely financial relief to support recovery efforts.



Prince Claus Fund SEED Award

Deadline: January 8, 2026


The Prince Claus Fund SEED Award supports 100 emerging artists each year whose work engages urgent social and political issues within their local contexts. Selected recipients receive €5,000 in flexible funding, alongside international visibility and access to professional networks.


This award is open to artists within their first five years of professional practice, across disciplines. Caribbean based artists may also receive application support through the Caribbean Culture Fund by contacting info@caribbeanculturefund.org.



Muze Creative Grants

Deadline: Rolling applications


Muze Creative Grants offer US$10,000 per recipient in unrestricted funding, supporting ambitious creative projects across all disciplines and mediums, including film, visual art, conceptual, and interdisciplinary practices.
