Caribbean Voices Dominate Miami Art Week at Scope and Untitled
The Caribbean is lighting up Miami Art Week once again. From bold visuals to boundary pushing voices, artists from across the region and its diaspora are bringing vivid colour, sharp commentary and unmistakable island energy to two of the week’s most anticipated fairs: Scope Art Fair and Untitled Art Fair. Visitors can catch it all live through December 7.
Caribbean Presence at Scope Art Fair
Inside Scope, Jamaican born and United States based artist O’neil Scott brings striking portrait driven work to Tanya Weddermire Gallery’s booth, adding a grounded yet emotionally charged perspective to the fair’s line up.

Nearby, Fuze Art Fair returns with its immersive Blue Floor Project, a platform dedicated to showcasing contemporary Caribbean and diasporic art. This year’s theme, “All a We”, centres on the deep and interwoven connections that bind Caribbean communities worldwide, culturally, historically and spiritually.

Their presentation features a wide roster of artists shaping today’s Caribbean visual language, including Alanis Forde, Alexandria Robinson, Antonius Roberts, Averia Wright, Charles Campbell, Christopher Cozier, David Gumbs, Dede Brown, Edrin Symonette, Heino Schmid, James Cooper, Jason Bennett, Justin Dingwall, Lillian Blades, Lynn Parotti, Matthew David Rahming, Robert Young, Salisha Stanley, Tamika Galanis, Toby Lunn and Veronica Dorsett.

Together, they create a dynamic and multi disciplinary environment that moves between memory, identity, migration, ecology and the shared pulse of Caribbean life.
Bahamian Voices Shine at Untitled
At Untitled Art Fair, Bahamian excellence is on full display through TERN Gallery, which presents a compelling collection of works by April Bey, Cydne Jasmin Coleby, Kachelle Knowles, Anina Major and Keith Thompson.
Their practices span textured explorations of identity, material transformation and speculative futures, offering viewers a portal into Caribbean imagination that challenges expectations while celebrating roots.

A Growing Force at Miami Art Week
With each edition, Caribbean artists deepen their presence at Miami Art Week, demonstrating the region’s influence on today’s international art conversations. Through bold experimentation, cultural storytelling and visionary craft, these creators continue to expand what Caribbean art can be on the global stage.
And for those in Miami, the celebration continues through December 7.
